The simple volum bodies resolve the existing urban tension, establishing continuity with the alignments of the buildings in the area. 

The tower and both linear buildings combine opening balconies fronts with more blind punctual opening fronts. Diagonal counterpoints are introduced to break the strictly horizontal-vertical rigor, as the used of treated glass on balconies, or the cuts in the rear of linear block, that gives front to the shared garden with the tower.
